The Automotive Detailer is responsible for maintaining the appearance of new and pre-owned vehicles to ensure an impeccable presentation that meets the dealership’s and Ford’s quality standards. This role plays a key part in the customer experience by delivering clean, polished, and ready-to-impress vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning
- Complete full detailing (vacuuming, carpet and seat shampooing, etc.)
- Apply aesthetic treatments (waxing, polishing, decontamination)
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Recondition pre-owned vehicles to a like-new appearance
- Inspect vehicles to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience in automotive detailing (strong asset)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good physical condition
- Valid driver’s license
